Is the paddle USA Pickleball approved?
No. Our paddle is made for recreational play and is not USA Pickleball approved, so it should not be used in sanctioned tournaments that require an approved paddle. It suits social games, club nights and practice. We state this plainly so the person you are buying for is not disappointed.
What is the paddle made of?
The face is T700 raw carbon fibre with a textured surface, over a 16 mm polypropylene honeycomb core. It measures 16.5 by 7.5 inches, with a 5.25-inch handle, a 4.25-inch grip circumference and a weight of about 8.1 ounces. Like any textured face, the surface gradually smooths with play.
What can I have engraved?
Up to 12 characters, such as a name, nickname, initials or a date, in one of three fonts: classic serif, modern sans or script. The engraving sits in a fixed position on the paddle face. For the duo set, each paddle can carry a different text, entered one per line at checkout.
Do I see the engraving before it is made?
Yes. We email a digital proof within one business day of your order, and nothing is engraved until you approve it. You can change the text or font, or cancel the order, any time before approval. If the finished engraving differs from your approved proof, we remake the paddle free.
What if I am not sure of their grip size?
Our grip is 4.25 inches around with a 5.25-inch handle, a size many recreational players use. If you are unsure, check their current paddle or email us before approving the proof. Once a paddle is engraved it is personalised, so it cannot be returned for fit or a change of mind.
What does the warranty cover?
Every paddle has a six-month warranty against delamination, where the face separates from the core, and edge-guard failure. Email us a photo and your order number and we replace the paddle. The warranty does not cover normal surface wear, cracks from hitting hard objects, or heat damage from storage in a hot car.
How long does delivery take?
We ship to the US only, and shipping is free on every order. Paddles ship within three business days of proof approval, and most orders arrive 7 to 15 business days after you approve, with tracking. Ordering for a birthday or holiday? Approve the proof quickly to keep the date.
Will I pay duties or import fees?
No. Every order ships Delivered Duty Paid, so US import duties and fees are already included in the price you pay. The carrier will not ask for payment at your door. Any sales tax that applies in your state is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
How heavy is the Paddle Mark paddle?
