Change of mind
This paddle is not personalized. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for store credit (customer pays return shipping).
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email hello@paddlemarks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We remake it or refund you to the original payment method. No return needed.
6-month warranty
Every paddle is covered for 6 months from delivery against delamination (the face separating from the core) and edge-guard failure. Normal surface wear of the textured face, impact damage and heat damage are not covered. Email us a photo and we replace the paddle.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Store credit is issued as a gift card by email.
