Before engraving

You can change the engraving text or font, or cancel for a full refund, any time before you approve the proof we email you.

Personalised paddles

Engraved paddles are made for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind or for fit after you approve the proof.

Damaged or not as proofed

If a paddle arrives damaged, or the engraving differs from your approved proof, email hello@paddlemarks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We remake it or refund you. No return needed.

6-month warranty

Every paddle is covered for 6 months from delivery against delamination (the face separating from the core) and edge-guard failure. Normal surface wear of the textured face, impact damage and heat damage are not covered. Email us a photo and we replace the paddle.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Store credit is issued as a gift card by email.
