Overview

This website is operated by IntelliFin Limited, trading as Paddle Mark ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong SAR with its address at Room 10, 1/F, JC Tower, No. 91 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We ship to the United States only. Prices include US import duties and fees (Delivered Duty Paid). We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or an item is unavailable; if we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

Personalised items

For personalised or engraved items we email a proof before production. You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates and other details on the proof. Production starts only after you approve it. You can change or cancel a personalised order free of charge until you approve the proof.

Product information

We try to show colours, sizes and finishes accurately, but your screen may differ from the real product. Measurements are approximate. Product photos and descriptions do not form a guarantee beyond what is stated in our Return and refund policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and our returns and warranty terms are set out in our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. All text, images and designs on the site belong to us or our licensors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
